My name is Melissa and I live in South Australia. A few years ago, I was asking myself these questions too. At that point, I was struggling with inflammation and poor overall health. Eventually, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Simple things, such as working and spending time with my friends, became a chore.

This is how I’ve discovered the power of juices and smoothies. Together with some phenomenal Plant based nutrition, these healthful concoctions changed my life for the better. Now I feel amazing and I’m able to enjoy life to the fullest.
